- We will confirm your flower delivery by e-mail or by phone. If you cannot receive the confirmation, please feel free to contact us. Your order form please list out the receiver's name, address, telephone, date and message. Your name and contact telephone.
- Due to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control,it may be necessary for us to substitute different flowers in our arrangement,you will be advised at the time of ordering about substitution of the main flowers.Substitution of accompanying flowers may be necessary without notification but will be of comparable value and price.
- If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar continer will be used.
- Payment should be made before the delivery of product. All payment is non-refundable.Please inform us(by phone or email)within 24hours after delivered if you have any dissatisfaction with our product.Free replacement will be provided
- After order is made, cannot be cancelled or change.
- Delivery hours are from 9am - 1pm and 2pm to 7pm.
- If the delivery address can't be reached, the order will be cancelled.
- Delivery will be delayed if typhoon signal 8 or above / black rainstorm signal is issued.
- If no one receive the product, or it is rejected, the order is counted as completed.
- Extra cost may be incurred in case of change of delivery address.($200-$500)
